Case Study: Easy Engage Project for PwC Introduction As the lead designer for the Easy Engage project at PwC, I oversaw the design process. I collaborated closely with another designer to deliver a user-centric solution that enhances client engagement and interaction. The goal was to create an intuitive platform facilitates better communication, provides valuable insights, and enhanceshance the overall client experience.
