Discover & Strategy
I always start by getting to know the people who'll actually use the product and the goals driving the project. We talk to users, run stakeholder interviews, map out journeys, and look at competitors to uncover what really matters. From there we set clear experience principles and success metrics so the foundation is solid, whether it's a consumer app, an enterprise tool, or a full design system.

Design & Iteration
This is where the hands-on work happens. I sketch user flows and wireframes, build interactive high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, create or expand scalable design systems with reusable components and variants, and polish visuals and interactions. We test early and often with quick usability sessions and team feedback, always keeping decisions tied to user needs and real business impact.

Launch & Optimization
Once everything is tested and feels right, I hand off detailed specs and annotated prototypes so engineering can implement smoothly. I stay involved through launch to make sure it goes well. After it's live I track key metrics like conversions, engagement, and task success, gather new user feedback, and keep iterating to help the product grow, adapt, and deliver value over the long run.
